My1voice Review: Virtual Phones
For the newcomer to the virtual phone system world, My1voice is a definite viable option. With reasonable prices and a very easy to use interface, this company has positioned itself perfectly as a user-friendly option. There is the one drawback of not being able to send faxes, but depending on your needs this may not be a concern.
With a very easy to use interface that includes a Quick Start tour and the option of attending an online training session, My1voice is an excellent option. My1voice offers the standards in this space including call forwarding, multiple extensions and virtual PBX.
My1voice has positioned itself as a user-friendly virtual phone system option and this is exemplified with its options:
- Online training session
- Very intuitive user interface
- Upload voice recordings directly from your computer
- Receive faxes directly into your email client
- Free trial options
My1voice has three pricing and feature packages: Starter is $8.33/month with a one-year commitment or a $10 monthly rate this includes 150 minutes; Most Popular only has a $20 monthly rate and includes 500 minutes; Best Value only has a $30 monthly rate and includes 1,000 minutes.
What is worth noting is that vanity numbers, unlimited extensions and number porting are all offered free with any of the My1voice plans.
Competitive and flexible pricing, Quick Start guide, easy-to-use interface, and an online training session all help put My1voice very close to the top of the list. It would be nice to see some extras with the package offerings, but what My1voice does offer can be counted on to be of solid quality.
